Amuse, amuse
Introduction
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Comment “Kid Cudi” on the Instagram post regarding the competition, on Amuse.io’s instagram page.
The competition will commence on December 27th, 2020 and end on December 29th, 2020 (“Term”).
You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the prizes.
You can enter the competition between 12:00 on December 27th, 2020 and 12:00 on December 29th, 2020
Amuse will choose the winner on December 30th, 2020.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be December 29th, 2020 at 12:00. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
You may not use another person's Instagram account to enter into this competition. A breach of this will result in disqualification.
Amuse reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
PRIZE.
Amuse is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by Amuse or any third party connected with this competition.
The prize consists of the following:
One (1) year Amuse Pro subscription.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable.
WINNER.
Winner and the amount of, will be chosen by Amuse in their sole discretion. Amuse’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each winner will be notified by Email or DM by Amuse. Amuse will notify the winner when chosen. If the winner cannot be contacted, Amuse reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
If a winner is unable to follow the instructions as described above or If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Amuse shall be entitled to select another winner.
LIABILITY.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Amuse shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Amuse further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
FORCE MAJEURE.
Amuse shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, music, photo and image in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR).
TERMS.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. This promotion is subject to Instagram’s terms of services which can be found at: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/
JURISDICTION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
PROMOTOR.
This competition is hosted by Amuseio AB (“Amuse”), a Swedish company with company registration number 559036-7016.
