END USER DATA PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This end user privacy policy (“End User Privacy Policy”) intends to explain how your personal information is collected and used when you interact or engage with the artist(s) (“Artist(s)) through our services. Your information is collected and used by two parties acting as joint data controllers: Amuseio AB and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Amuse", "we", "us"), and the artist through which you have interacted with ("Artist(s)"). Amuse and Artist(s) may use your information in accordance with this End User Privacy Policy. We want to be transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it – so please take a moment to read this End User Privacy Policy.
1. Who is collecting your data?
Both Amuse and the Artist(s) may collect your personal data as joint controllers when you interact with a service offered by Amuse, including a link page related to the Artist(s) (meaning by submitting your email or other information, pre-saving a release, or signing up for other related updates) related to the Artist(s).
2. Personal data
We and the Artist(s) may collect the following data, depending on how you interact with certain services:
your name (if provided),
user account information from the third-party platforms which you have connected to (e.g. when you pre-save or auto-save a release from Artist(s) on Spotify), including your username, profile picture and amount of followers on such third-party platforms (if applicable);
your activity on such third party platforms (e.g. your top artists, public playlist, content you’ve saved) where applicable and within the scope of the authorisation you have granted;
information about your interaction with Artist(s)’ share links, including page views and redirects to music streaming platforms, via tracking technologies deployed (e.g. Pixel);
date of your applicable action (if applicable);
age (if provided and applicable);
phone number (if applicable and provided);
email address (if provided); and
location.
3. How Amuse and Artist(s) might use your data
The Artist(s) may collect and use the data to:
send you updates and other news regarding their music; and
notify you when a pre-saved or auto-saved release goes live.
Amuse may collect and use the data to:
send you artist recommendations and news about the Amuse platform;
understand general fan engagement through statistics and insights; and
improve our services and features.
Your data will be securely stored and shared only with the Artist(s) you’ve chosen to follow or engage with and with Amuse. To enhance your experience, we may also be granted time-limited access to your accounts on approved third party platforms (such as Spotify or Apple Music) to perform certain actions you have approved and enabled through our services (e.g. adding pre-saved or autosaved releases to your music library on such third party platforms). This access may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party platforms.
We and the Artist(s) you follow or engage with, may contact you to share the latest music updates, exclusive content, or other related news that we believe you'll enjoy and benefit from. You can manage or revoke these third-party permissions at any time through your account settings on those platforms.
4. Transfer of your data
We may store or process your personal data in countries outside your own, including outside the EU/EEA. If that happens, we’ll make sure your information is handled securely and in line with applicable data protection laws.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes under this End User Privacy Policy or until you ask us to delete it (to the extent permissible by law).
6. Your rights and how to contact us
You can withdraw your consent or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting both the Artist(s) and Amuse. You may contact us at support@amuse.io or via this link. If you choose to contact us by email, please include “FAN DATA REQUEST” in the subject line. This helps us locate and handle your request more efficiently.
Please note that Amuse can only process requests related to data held in our systems. Any inquiries sent directly to the Artist(s) will be their responsibility to manage, and Amuse cannot guarantee their response. The Artist(s) are independently responsible for complying with your rights in respect of data they control.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority at any time. In Sweden, this is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY — www.imy.se).
