Bolden. is a UK jazz-house duo formed in 2024 by multi-instrumentalists Reuben Barrett and Catherine Rannus, blending Reuben's self-taught rhythmic style with Catherine's classically trained melodic sensibility. Named after jazz pioneer Buddy Bolden, the duo aims to evolve the jazz tradition rather than replicate it. Known for genre-fluid live sets where they switch between sax, flute, drums, guitar, keys, and vocals, they've built a fast-growing following with over 950 thousand monthly Spotify listeners and a sold-out debut North American tour.
