Swedish Indie Sensation Augustine Partners with Amuse – New EP Arriving Later This Year

Following a series of successful album releases with tastemaking Swedish artists with international appeal – such as Deki Alem and Hannes – Amuse’s Artist & Label now presents a new partnership with the acclaimed indie-pop artist Augustine. With the first single already out, a highly anticipated EP is set for release later this year.

Augustine debuted in 2019 with the single “Luzon”. Since then, his signature warm sound has reached a wide audience and amassed more than 100 million streams worldwide. His music has received critical praise from outlets such as Billboard, Rolling Stone and KCRW. He has also performed live at the Polar Music Prize and received two nominations at the Swedish Grammy Award in the categories Album of the Year and Alternative Pop of the Year for his debut album “Weeks Above The Earth”.

Augustine returned with the new single “Somewhere” on March 20, followed by an EP later this summer. Amuse will work closely with management to support the release with strategy across areas including release planning, sync opportunities, DSP pitching and marketing.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Augustine to Amuse. He’s a true multi-talent with a strong artistic identity and DIY spirit who has already built a loyal fanbase around the world. The new music marks an exciting creative step forward, and we’re really looking forward to building the next chapter together,” says Fredrik Hagström, Artist Marketing Manager, Amuse.

Augustine will head out on a Nordic summer tour with stops in Stockholm (Rosendal Garden Party), Gothenburg (Slakthuset Block Party), Örebro (Under Bar Himmel), Oslo (Langs Akerselva), Flen (Blacksta Vingård), Lund (Stadsparken) and Grebbestad (Falkeröd).
