Silva Bumpa is a Sheffield-raised, Manchester-based DJ, songwriter, and producer at the forefront of the UK garage revival. Sources differ slightly on his real name (Harry Eagle vs. Joshua Silva), but the artist bio is consistent: he grew up around a piano inherited from his pianist grandfather and by his mid-teens was immersed in bassline, speed garage, and jacking house, drawing on Sheffield's legendary Niche nightclub heritage. His sound combines UK bass grit with the singalong bounce of club classics, bottling the energy of mid-2000s bassline with strong songwriting. His breakout 2024 debut EP "What About The DJ?" on Locked On Records led to a deal with Columbia's Room Two imprint and the viral hit "I Don't Want U" with Diffrnt, and by 2024 he'd sold out a UK headline tour and played Glastonbury, Boomtown, and Outlook
