Introduction
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Follow This Is Snøw playlist on Spotify
Play the song ‘Helpless’ on Spotify
The competition will be announced on March 18th, 2022.
You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the prizes.
You can enter the competition between 10am (EST) on March 18th, 2022 until 10 pm (EST) on March 24th,2022 and the Promoter will choose one (1) winner.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 10 pm (EST) on March 24th, 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
You may not use another person's accounts to enter into this competition. A breach of this will result in disqualification.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
PRIZE.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.
The prize consists of a video call with the artist Snøw.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
WINNER.
The winner will be chosen by the Promoter at its sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each winner will be notified by email by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the winner when chosen. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. If the winner rejects their prize if the winner is not available for the call as may reasonably be expected, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
LIABILITY.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
FORCE MAJEURE.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT.
The winner agrees to the Promoter's use of the winner's name in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoters Privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - Amuse

JURISDICTION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

This competition is hosted by Amuseio AB (the “Promoter”), a Swedish company with company registration number 559036-7016.
