Introduction
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 using the mobile operating system iOS 14 or later. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Like our instagram post that announces the Be InSPIREd campaign and share it in your feed or story.
Tag 2 artists in your crew that you want to give Spire and Amuse memberships to in the comments of our post.

The competition will be announced on June 11th, 2021.
You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the prizes.
Due to the Spire Studio being accompanied by the iOS-only Spire Pro app, you must be using the mobile operating system iOS in order to participate in the competition.
You can enter the competition between 12:00PM (CET) on June 11th, 2021 until 23:59PM (CET) June 13, 2021 and the
Promoter will choose one (1) grand winner and 2 secondary winners.
Closing date for entry will be June 13, 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
PRIZE
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.
The prize consists of the following:
For the one (1) grand winner: (1) Spire Studio* + (1) 6 months Spire Pro subscription + 1 year of Amuse Pro
For the two (2) secondary winners: (1) year Spire Pro Subscriptions + (1) year Amuse Pro Subscriptions
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
WINNER
One (1) grand winner and two (2) secondary winners (each “Winner”) will be chosen by the Promoter in their sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the prizes can be collected. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
In order for the Spire Studio to be delivered to the grand winner, the Promoter must within three (3) days of notification receive information about the physical address to where the Spire Studio shall be sent. If no such information is received from the grand winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the grand winner and pick a replacement winner.
If a Winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions (breach includes but is not limited to the winner not using the mobile operating system iOS), the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering the competition, accepting the prize or delivering the wrong physical address. The Promoter shall in addition not bear any responsibility if the Spire Studio for any reason does not get delivered to the grand winner. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT
The Winner agrees to the use of their name and photo in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. The grand winner does in addition consent to the Promoter requesting, obtaining and using their physical address to deliver the Spire Studio. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoters Privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - Amuse

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. This promotion is subject to Instagram’s terms of services which can be found at: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/
JURISDICTION
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

This competition is hosted by Amuseio AB (the “Promoter”), a Swedish company with company registration number 559036-7016, with participation by iZotope Spire.
