The competition will be announced on December 20th-22nd, 2021.
You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the prizes.
You can enter the competition between 12am (CET) on December 20th, 2021 until 12 am (CET) on December 27, 2021, and the Promoter will choose and announce three (3) winners.
The closing date for entry will be December 27, 2021. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
PRIZE.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes consist of the following, (3) winners each will receive:
Tracklib x Amuse (December 20th, 2021):
(1) year of Tracklib Standard (139.90 USD) AND (1) year of Amuse Pro (59.99 USD)
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Rotor x Amuse (December 21st, 2021):
(4) mastering sessions (total value 140 USD) AND (1) year of Amuse Pro (59.99 USD)
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Masterchannel x Amuse (December 22nd, 2021):
First place: 15 Rotor credit bundle AND (1) year of Amuse Pro (59.99 USD)
Second place: 10 Rotor credit bundle AND (1) year of Amuse Pro (59.99 USD)
Third place: 5 Rotor credit bundle AND (1) year of Amuse Pro (59.99 USD)
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
WINNER.
The winners (each “Winner”) will be chosen by the Promoter at their sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each Winner will be notified by the DM and announced on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify each Winner when and how the prizes can be collected. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
LIABILITY.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering the competition or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
FORCE MAJEURE.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT.
The Winner agrees to the use of their name and photo in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. JURISDICTION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
