Introduction
The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GENERAL.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Comment “this year's biggest win” on the competition post.
Tag (1) other account in comments.
Must be following @amuse.io to enter.
The competition will commence on December 16th, 2022 and end on December 21th, 2022.
You must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the prizes.
You can enter the competition between 05:00pm CET on December 16th, 2022 and 05:00pm CET on December 21th, 2022
Amuse will choose 2 winners on December 21th, 2022.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be December 21th, 2022 at 05:00pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
You may not use another person's Instagram account to enter into this competition. A breach of this will result in disqualification.
Amuse reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
PRIZE.
Amuse is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by Amuse or any third party connected with this competition.
The prize consists of the following:
One (1) year Amuse Boost subscription.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
WINNER.
Two (2) grand winners (each “Winner”) will be chosen by the Promoter in their sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the prizes can be collected. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
In order for the Headspace subscription to be delivered to the grand winners, the Promoter must within three (3) days of notification receive information about the physical address to where the amuse gift shall be sent. If no such information is received from the grand winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the grand winner and pick a replacement winner.
If a Winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions (breach includes but is not limited to the winner not using the mobile operating system iOS), the Winner’s prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.
LIABILITY.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Amuse shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Amuse further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
FORCE MAJEURE.
Amuse shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and likeness in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and Amuse’s privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - amuse

JURISDICTION.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
