Terms & Conditions: Fumez x PS5 challenge

Introduction

The Promoter is Fumez the Engineer with Company number 12027011, registered in the UK.

The competition is open residents of the UK. You must be able to pick up the prize at the address that is announced by The Promoter in London, UK. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition will be held on Instagram & TikTok.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Record a video to the track A92 x Fumez The Engineer – Plugged In Freestyle

2. Post it on your Instagram or TikTok channel

3. Tag @fumeztheengineer on IG or @fumeztheengineerofficial on TikTok
   

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

• Closing date for entry will be December 3rd, 2020 at 11:59pm GMT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.

• The prize is as follows: One (1) PlayStation 5. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• Winner will be chosen by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram or TikTok within 24 hours after the competition is closed. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.

• Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The winner agrees to the use of her name, video and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
