INTRODUCTION
Amuse (“Promoter”) is giving away two (2) VIP tickets to two (2) lucky winners to join us at Way Out West Festival 2023 (“WoW”) from 10-12 August 2023, which includes attendance at our VIP event at Slottsskogen, Göteborg, Sweden.
You can enter the competition between 12:00PM (CET) on 8 August 2023 and 23:59PM (CET) on 8 August 2023. Any entries received by the Promoter after the closing date will not be eligible.
The competition is open to entrants 18 and over. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and without liability.

PRIZE
The prize (“Prize”) consists of two (2) VIP tickets to WoW.:The Promoter will choose two (2) winners at random (each “Winner), who will be contacted as soon as practicable through DM on Instagram.
The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable or available for resale. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.
The Prize does not include travel, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any and all costs incurred by the Winner shall be its sole responsibility.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the Prize description.
WINNER
The Winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter in their sole discretion. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the Prize can be collected. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within twenty four (24) hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
In order for the VIP tickets to Way Out Festival 2023 to be delivered to the Winners, the Promoter must within twenty four (24) hours of notification receive information about the email to where the Prize shall be sent. If no such information is received from the Winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
If a Winner rejects the Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions (breach includes but is not limited to the Winner not using the mobile operating system iOS), the Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
ELIGIBILITY
The following entries to the competition shall not be accepted and shall be immediately disqualified with any Prize entitlement becoming immediately null and void:
(i) Entries in excess of one per person;
(ii) Bulk entries including by way of multiple accounts and/or fraudulent identities;
(iii) Entries on behalf of another person;
(iv) Joint submissions; and/or
(v) Entries automatically generated by a computer.
LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or any third party as a result of you entering the competition, accepting the Prize or delivering the wrong physical address. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any person’s property relating to or resulting from your participation in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where necessary in the Promoter’s sole discretion without liability to you or any third party. Where any Winner becomes unable to make use of the Prize for any reason, the Promoter shall bear no liability.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
USE OF CONTENT
The Winner agrees to the use of their name and photo in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoter’s Privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - Amuse

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Way Out West Festival, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network. This promotion is subject to Instagram’s terms of services which can be found at: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/
JURISDICTION
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
