Swedish Indie Darling Hannes partners with Amuse – set to release debut album ‘God Bless Sweden’ on February 6
Independent global distribution company Amuse has entered into a new partnership with Swedish indie phenomenon Hannes, who will release his highly anticipated debut album ‘God Bless Sweden’ via Amuse on February 6.
Through its Artist & Label Services offering, Amuse continues to position itself as a flexible alternative with tailored solutions for international and Swedish independent artists and labels, such as Tro & Tvivel Recordings, Fever World and Deki Alem. Hannes now joins Amuse through a new partnership including distribution, DSP pitching and optimization of his music catalog across digital platforms.
Hannes has been releasing music since 2017 and quickly found success, but his wider breakthrough came in 2022 with the single “Stockholmsvy” – a song that today can be described as a modern Swedish classic. The hits have continued to follow. This year alone, his presence on Swedish national radio P3 has been strong with the singles “Friends” and the recent collaboration with waterbaby, “Wish.”
“Hannes is an uncompromising indie artist who always hits the mark. Our full focus is on maximizing the impact of the debut album ‘God Bless Sweden,’ which consists of nine tracks of absolutely incredible R&B and indie-influenced pop,” says Fredrik Hagström, Artist & Label Marketing Manager at Amuse.
In connection with the album release, Hannes will embark on a Nordic tour, kicking off on February 12 in Norway and concluding with a show at Cirkus in Stockholm on February 25.
