Introduction
This Privacy Notice provides you with information on how we collect and use your personal data when you RSVP and attend our events. We take your privacy rights very seriously.
We are Amuseio AB, a Swedish based company with organisation number 559036-7016.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, do not RSVP.
When do we collect the data?
We collect data about you when you RSVP and attend one of our events. We only collect the information you provide us. Should you not want to provide your personal data to us, please do not RSVP.
What information do we collect?

Full name
Phone number
At the event we might take pictures of you to use in our social media and in other promotional activities.
How do we use the data + third party sharing?
We use this information about you to be able to add you to the list of the event. And should you opt-in to receive future exclusive event invites, we store the provided information to be able to send you new invites.
We only share your information with the third party that hosts the event, to be able to add you to the list to this event. Your information is also shared with this third party event platform, Splashthat, which will be deleted after the event, as well as Customer.io, where the data is stored securely.
Where do we store and process your personal data?
We store the data collected about you on our highly secured servers as well as with our third party service Customer.io. We have a Data Protection Agreement in place with this service to ensure that your data is well secured in accordance with the GDPR. We have made sure that all security measures needed are in place to safeguard your information.
Do I have to sign up to use the music?
Yes. We need to verify you before you can use our licensed music on your Youtube. Take note that crediting according to the guidelines is required in all cases.
For how long do we store it?
We will delete the event as well as all the information collected about you in one (1) week after the event has taken place. Should you opt-in to receive email invitations, we will store your information for the purpose of sending you invites for future events. Should you decide not to opt-in to our email list for future events, you’ll be completely deleted.
Should you decide not be to included anymore after you’ve opted in, please press the unsubscribe button in the bottom of the confirmation email or email us.
Your rights
You may at any time request a copy of the personal information held about you as well as being completely deleted. This is of course free of charge.
