Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Amuse (“Promoter”) is giving away one (1) year’s subscription to Amuse Pro to five (5) competition entrants as well as their tagged friend. There will be ten (10) winners in total. 

The competition will be announced on November 8 2023. You can enter the competition between 12:00 PM (CET) on November 8, 2023 and until it closes, at 11:59 PM (PST) on November 10, 2023.

The competition is open to entrants over the age of 18. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

GENERAL.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Follow our account + like this post. 

2. Write a comment on why you should win a year's subscription to Amuse Pro.

3. Tag one friend you’d like to give a subscription to.

Multiple entries are allowed, but tag one friend at a time. (Tagged friends also need to follow Amuse). Winners will be randomly selected and contacted on Nov 13.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and without liability.

PRIZE.

The prize (“Prize”) consists of the following:

For the total of ten (10) winners: a one (1) year's subscription to Amuse Pro. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable or available for resale.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by the Promoter or any third party connected with this competition.

WINNER.

Five (5) entrants will be chosen at random by the Promoter in their sole discretion and one (1) friend of each entrant (as tagged by the entrant) will be entitled to a Prize as well (each a “Winner”). The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram by the Promoter. The Promoter will notify the Winner when and how the Prize can be collected. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three (3) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.

In order for the Amuse Pro subscription to be delivered to the Winners, the Promoter must within three (3) days of notification receive information about each Winner’s Amuse account (If a Winner does not already have an amuse account, it must create one) so that the Promoter can set up the Amuse Pro subscriptions for the Winners. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

ELIGIBILITY.

The following entries to the competition shall not be accepted and shall be immediately disqualified with any Prize entitlement becoming immediately null and void: 

(i) Entries in excess of one per person;

(ii) Bulk entries including by way of multiple accounts and/or fraudulent identities;

(iii) Entries on behalf of another person;

(iv) Joint submissions; and/or

(v) Entries automatically generated by a computer.

LIABILITY.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of you entering the competition, accepting the Prize or delivering the wrong Instagram handle or Amuse account information. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where necessary in the Promoter’s sole discretion without liability to you or any third party. Where any Winner becomes unable to make use of the Prize for any reason, the Promoter shall bear no liability. 

FORCE MAJEURE.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

USE OF CONTENT.

The Winner agrees to the use of their name, photo and social media account in any publicity material for the purpose of this competition, as well as their entry. The Winner does in addition consent to the Promoter requesting, obtaining and using their name, email address and/or mobile number to deliver the Amuse Pro subscription. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU privacy legislation (GDPR) and the Promoters privacy policy, which can be found by clicking the following link: Privacy Policy - amuse.

TERMS.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social network. This promotion is subject to Instagram’s terms of services which can be found at: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/

JURISDICTION.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Sweden and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
